Refund Policy – Jengo

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs the conditions applicable to purchases made through the Jengo platform, accessible at jengolive.com (hereinafter, the “Platform”).

Jengo allows users to:

  • purchase products and services with online payment
  • select products with payment made directly at third-party merchants

2. Online Purchases

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

For purchases made online through the Platform, users may request a refund only in the following cases:

  • failure by the merchant to provide the product/service
  • objective impossibility to use the service (e.g. venue closed)
  • technical errors attributable to the Platform

2.2 Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, except in duly documented exceptional cases, which will be evaluated at Jengo’s sole discretion.

2.3 Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • failure of the user to show up at the venue
  • late arrival by the user
  • change of mind after purchase
  • products already collected or consumed

2.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of Jengo credit, which can be used on the Platform.

The credit:

  • is not convertible into cash
  • is non-transferable
  • may be subject to an expiration date

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from approval.

3. Product Selection with Payment at Venue

For merchants that require payment directly at the venue:

  • selections made on the Platform do not constitute a binding order
  • no transaction is processed through Jengo
  • the sales contract is concluded exclusively at the merchant’s premises

Therefore:

  • Jengo does not manage refunds
  • any disputes must be addressed directly to the merchant

4. Cashback and Promotions

Any cashback or promotional benefits:

  • are not convertible into cash
  • may be subject to specific terms and conditions
  • may be revoked in case of improper or fraudulent use

Jengo reserves the right to cancel any benefits obtained through misuse or violation of the Platform’s rules.

5. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • the quality and safety of products
  • preparation and delivery
  • issuance of fiscal receipts or invoices

Jengo acts solely as a technological platform and intermediary.

6. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Jengo processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Personal data provided for refund requests will be used exclusively to:

  • verify the request
  • process refunds
  • comply with legal obligations

Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing.
