Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Jengo platform, available at jengolive.com (hereinafter, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, the user fully accepts these Terms.
2. Service Provided
Jengo is a digital marketplace in the food & beverage sector, allowing users to:
- purchase products and services from third-party merchants
- access promotional offers limited in time and/or quantity
- select products with online payment or pay directly at the merchant’s premises
Jengo is not a party to the sales contract between the user and the merchant, except in cases of online payment processed through the Platform.
3. Platform Usage
3.1 Online Payment Purchases
For some merchants, the Platform allows direct online purchase.
In these cases:
- the user completes the payment via Jengo
- receives a digital confirmation
- collects or consumes the product at the merchant’s location
3.2 Selection with Payment at the Venue
For other merchants, the Platform allows only product selection.
In these cases:
- selection does not constitute a binding order
- no transaction is processed through Jengo
- payment occurs directly at the merchant’s premises
- the sales contract is concluded exclusively between the user and the merchant
4. Prices and Offers
Product prices may:
- match the merchant’s listed price
- include promotional offers limited in time and/or quantity
Offers:
- may be modified or removed at any time
- are valid while supplies last
Jengo does not guarantee continuous availability of products or offers.
5. Cashback and Promotions
Jengo may offer cashback or other promotional incentives.
These benefits:
- are not redeemable for cash
- are non-transferable
- may be subject to specific terms and conditions
- may be revoked in case of misuse or fraud
Jengo reserves the right to cancel any benefits obtained through fraudulent activity.
6. Payments
For online purchases, payments are handled through the methods available on the Platform.
For merchants with in-venue payment:
- payment occurs exclusively at the merchant’s premises
- Jengo does not process any transaction
7. Refunds
Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy available on the Platform.
8. Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for:
- quality, safety, and compliance of products
- preparation and availability
- issuance of fiscal receipts or invoices
Jengo is not responsible for any merchant non-compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and Jengo does not guarantee:
- continuous availability of the service
- error-free or uninterrupted operation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jengo is not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities resulting from use of the Platform.
10. Proper Use of the Platform
Users agree to:
- use the Platform lawfully
- avoid fraudulent activity
- not abuse promotions or cashback programs
Jengo reserves the right to suspend or limit access in case of violations.
11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Jengo processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Data collected for refunds or other services will be used solely to:
- verify requests
- process refunds or credits
- comply with legal obligations
Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing.

12. Changes to the Terms
Jengo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the user’s place of residence or domicile, where required by law.
